From July 4th we are now able to take bookings for wine tastings, these will be staggered to allow us extra time to clean all surfaces between bookings and make sure minimum distance rules are adhered too.
We have reduced our capacity in the upstairs bar from 47 to 20 people, tables are at least 1.5m apart with customers seated and can't be moved. We ask that all groups remain in their own bubble and take directions too be seated.
We have hand sanitizers at the entrance and exit, please apply on entry and when you leave the premises to ensure you are safe (and so are our staff). All tables have hand sanitiser gel available, please use as you see fit. We will provide you with a glass and ask that you retain this for the tasting, we can of course change the glass if you wish. Should you order drinks at the end of the session we will bring them to the table for you and take a contactless payment or card payment with the portable card reader. All of our staff will be wearing gloves at all times. Any takeaway orders can be processed from clean stock and placed on a table for pick up on exit.
The area for cheese & biscuits has been clearly marked out, we will ask you to take it in turns to serve your individual group and respect peoples space when they are serving themselves. All tables will be set out with clean plates, napkins and knives at the start of each tasting, please retain for your own use. We have set out a small area at the end of the bar and ask that you deposit your used glasses, plates & cutlery in that zone at the end of your visit so we can load the dishwasher straight away.
In line with government guidance we will ask all visitors to fill out a small form to provide contact details in order for track and trace legislation to be adhered to. This data will be retained for a maximum of 21 days, in accordance with the guidance and then destroyed. We will ask you if you want to be kept informed of relevant news and events but will not contact you if you do not indicate that you are happy for us to contact you. At no time will we share your information with any third party with the exception of the UK government but only if we are contacted by the relevant departments in the correct manner.
Some farmers markets are now opening up, we would advise you to check our availability via our visit us page to check weekend opening times but at the moment all food & drink shows we had booked in 2020 have been cancelled.
We appreciate people are worried, we are a small winery in a rural location. We have plenty of parking and plenty of space as well as the outside decking area and if you wish to be served outside then no problem.

Groupon, Wowcher & Buy a Gift vouchers
Groupon have advised us that they have extended all vouchers by an additional 12 months so do not worry of you have a voucher, it will still be valid after the 4th of July. If you already booked and it passed already we will still welcome you when we are open again so please contact us to rebook with the original dates you had with us so we can cross check.
Wowcher have told customers that they should contact us to extend any vouchers, which is odd as we don't have any control over their system. We are happy to honour the vouchers though so don't worry if it expires as we will still accept the booking and will take it up with Wowcher directly ourselves.
We have not had any communication from Buy a Gift so can only suggest you contact them directly.
