New release wines from 2018 are now available in the winery and soon to be out at markets. The new Summer & Autumn Reds are ready and thanks to the amazing weather of 2018 they are even better than last years! Medium White has now sold out but we will blend another version soon and bring that to market as soon as it is ready.
We are expanding the winery into another building so disgorging & bottling will relocate to this area in the next few months. All our sparkling wines are made using the traditional method and disgorged by hand. Springfield is still available but is now down to around 30 cases. New Tess Valley Sparkling, produced form Seyval from the 2017 harvest, has been released for disgorging so will be available from markets and the winery soon. Regent is now completely sold out but a new lower volume sparkling called Regal is now available.
We have reduced cider production in 2019 but plan to release a new medium dry cider in 2020 along with a sparkling cider that will be more of a champagne style. The bottle matured sparkling cider is now available which hs provem very popular but we are still woking on our brandy!

We are open Tuesday to Thursday from 10:00am to 5:00pm, Friday & Saturday from 1:00pm until 7:00pm & Sunday fr, 1:00pm until 4:00pm for drop in customers.
Until mid March we are open every weekend and then markets and shows start to interfere but you can check our availability here
